Chicken Parmesan is a dish which is enjoyed all over America, but unfortunately it is very high in its fat content. This is because of the breadcrumbs, oil used and the method of cooking. Here is a low fat alternate cooking method to enjoy the same dish without the hassles of excess fat. First, flatten the chicken breasts to half inch thickness by wrapping it in two foils and using a roller. Then dip these pieces in egg whites followed by parmesan cheese and fat free bread crumbs. Bake this preparation in a pre-heated oven of 450 degrees for 15 minutes. Chicken parmesan is ready to serve. Chicken meat loafs are quite similar to chicken parmesan in the cooking process and since here you do not use beef, so you cut down on a lot of fat.
